The new Directive 2012/19/EU, also known as the WEEE 2 Directive, entered into force on 13 August 2012.

Being an EU Directive, the WEEE 2 Directive needs to be implemented into national law by the Member States in order to become binding. The deadline for this is 14 February 2014.

Currently, Pactrol Controls Ltd has no obligation to comply with Directive 2012/19/EU
